"I am very grateful for the Ekah Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) Program. The hybrid approach (Zoom and in-person) provided opportunities to learn in multiple environments and connect with fellow students outside of formal class. I also appreciated the six week duration of the training because it provided a reasonable pace in which to absorb the wide range of material while also working a full-time job. All of the teachers were knowledgeable and brought their unique perspectives to the training. I completed the training feeling well-prepared and excited to start teaching my own classes. Thank you for building this interesting and challenging YTT program!"
"I really appreciate each yoga instructor's time and skill they brought to this class. I have deep gratitude for Crystal, Sarah, Ruth, and Marci for taking the time to help us on our journey and to be such supportive mentors along the way. The entire experience was beautiful and challenging and transformative."
