Morgan is a trauma-informed yoga practitioner. She completed her 200 hour teacher training in 2022 with Nourishing Heart Yoga School. Morgan is forever grateful for the way yoga weaves together our physical, mental and spiritual health, creating a rich tapestry that brings us closer to wholeness. As a yoga practitioner, Morgan strives to create a safe, stable, and nurturing space for students to explore the depths of their own being. Besides practicing yoga, Morgan loves to spend time with Mother Nature and her pup, Noke.
