When you book a private session your instructor will work with you to create a class specific to your personal goals. Privates sessions give you an opportunity to focus on your personal intention whether that's meditation, flexibility, balance, strength, or overall wellbeing.

Private sessions can be scheduled at the studio by emailing info.ekahyoga@gmail.com. Sessions are typically an hour unless otherwise specified. If an additional space needs to be rented for the session, this will be in added to the price listed.
