Instructor Bio

Jessica is cross-fit certified kettlebell instructor and a massage and bodywork professional. She has been practicing yoga since she was three years old. She believes exercise should be fun and functional; translate into better fitness, strength and power; protect us from injury; and help us feel at home in our bodies. She finds kettlebells offer an excellent solution for those of us who are short on time but want optimal results.
