Hope the stars align to see you there!
This workshop explores the nature and power of two important elements of Yogic practice – Mantra and Pranayama.
Chanting in a sacred language stimulates primal resonance of basic energy centers in the body and the surrounding aura.
Breathing is essential to life itself, imbuing the organism with all-important Prana, the elemental life force of the universe itself. And breath and sound play off of each other intimately.
We will explore some of the multitude of yogic pranayama techniques and the specific healing effects they offer to the mind and body.
We will vibrate mantras, exploring a variety of rhythm, pattern and cadence, to a variety of positive vibratory effect.
