Join in for a quick workout designed to enhance your physical asana practice. This quick and effective class will focus on functional movement geared towards whole body strength, joint stability, and functional form.
This class will help you find and refine strength in key poses such as boat pose or in transition to upward facing dog in chaturanga; developing core and upper body strength respectively.
This class is welcome to all levels, beginner to advanced, allowing for the practitioner to choose their intensity level.

Hand-balancing is a delicate integration of body, mind, & breath...and more accessible than you think!
This first portion of class is designed to guide you through specific exercises to address physical limitations including strength & flexibility. The second portion will help navigate the mental limitations including trust & upside-down proprioception.
We will have time for yogi-driven practice with spotting, partner work, and props to give you the courage and opportunity to safely explore on your hands...anywhere from crow to one-arm handstands!
Connecting to our breath is an integral part of a yoga practice. In this workshop we will focus on different breathing techniques, called pranayamas, to cultivate specific effects within the body/mind energy systems. Specific breath work is used to provide a burst of energy while others can help calm the mind. We will take time to learn individual pranayamas, practice their techniques, observe our body and mind response to them, and optional time will be given to write about any self discoveries. All you have to do is Just Breathe.
Holiday Yoga Flow will include breath work, sun salutations, balance poses, warrior poses and restorative stretches plus a sweet savasana to help integrate body, mind, and spirit. Let's practice together in the spirit of love and self care this holiday season!
