Viviannette started practicing yoga as a way to deal with stress and anxiety in a natural way. In yoga, she found a place of stillness that she was looking for and obtained wonderful physical benefits. In the summer of 2018, she traveled to Dharamshala, India and attended intensive yoga teacher training at Siddhi Yoga International under the study of Prem Arya, Tara Dutt Kandpal and Dr. Amirta Sharma where she obtained a 200 hour yoga teacher training certification. During this time, she had the opportunity to be immersed in traditional and modern yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa), Kundalini meditation and Indian culture. In her classes, her intention is for students to connect to their bodies, breath and their true selves. Viviannette is also a Spanish Lecturer at Indiana University.
