I love teaching gentle Vinyasa classes where we focus on happiness and joy in meditative movement. Laughter is encouraged, smiles are cherished, and grooving happens spontaneously. Through these classes that we co-create I hope to guide students on a path to self-love, mindfulness, and overall HAPPINESS! When we give ourselves more than enough love, we touch the lives of every single soul around us, and this ripple effect changes the entire world.
