Michelle McVicker

Instructor Bio

Michelle McVicker, born and raised in Indiana, started her yoga journey knowing it had benefits and healing potential, but had no idea the impact it would have on her life. She has endured many struggles and traumas in her life as many of us do, but through yoga she discovered how the practice shaped her person in such a way that she truly found out how to love herself. Through intention, she was guided in finding a yoga community that gave her a safe place where she could feel at ease, feel completely supported, and thus begin to see her dharma, or life’s purpose calling. She then began on her pathway of self-exploration to learn & grow. She hopes this authentic self that develops more and more every day, will thus help others find this healing & peaceful place within.
