Claire has been practicing yoga since 2009. When she decided to try yoga for the first time, she had no idea how yoga would change her life forever. Yoga, breathwork, and meditation have helped Claire navigate life's major challenges. Yoga has been a source of strength and serenity for Claire and she seeks to help others tap into these resources. Claire encourages her students to connect with their bodies and stir their souls in her classes.
Claire studied Psychology at the University of Colorado and, currently, is in graduate school training to become a Mental Health Counselor. Claire incorporates her passion for mental health care into her yoga practice, just as she plans to incorporate the teachings of yoga into her practice as therapist. In 2016, while living in North Carolina, Claire completed her 200 Hour Teacher Training Certification at the Asheville Yoga Center. Claire is originally from Lafayette and moved to Bloomington in the fall of 2017.
