Yoga found Ashlan in 2012 when she was looking for a way to deal with her mounting anxieties and stresses. Since then she has been practicing yoga regularly and has experienced tremendous healing, both physically and emotionally. Intrigued by the effects of the practice, Ashlan began formally studying yoga through Vibe Yoga Studio and received her 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certification in 2016.
Ashlan finds delight in sharing the benefits of yoga with others. She aspires to make yoga accessible to all and her intention is to create a space that allows people to return to their natural state of balance and peace, while tapping into their inner strength. She uses crystal singing bowls in her classes to promote deeper healing and relaxation.
