Yogatrition begins when you ask yourself a few basic questions:
Am I eating to fuel my spirit or weigh down my body?
Am I hungry?
Why am I eating?
What does Mindful Eating look like to me?
What is my definition of healthy?
Can I practice yoga comfortably 2 hours after a meal?
Am I eating in an ethical way in alignment with my spirit?
How are the things I eat produced?
Can I find enjoyment out of my meals?
Am I proud of the choices I make?
Do I add the spice of love to my meals?
Am I getting caught up in fads, or are my choices for a life time?
Do I always feel I need to cleanse or purge?
Do I understand what’s on the ingredient label?
Could I grow this food on my own?
How can I share this with others?
